Thank you for supporting Madison Yount Ministries. We are committed to providing high-quality educational resources, courses, digital products, and other offerings. Please review this Return & Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, purchases of downloadable guides, eBooks, workbooks, digital resources, and similar materials are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at contact.livingwaterwellness@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive access to the product you purchased.

Online Courses and Educational Programs

Purchases of online courses, educational programs, workshops, memberships, and other digital learning experiences are generally final and non-refundable once course access has been provided, unless a different refund policy is clearly stated on the applicable product or sales page.

If you are unable to access a purchased course, believe you received access to the incorrect course, or experience a technical issue, please contact us so we can assist you.

Physical Products

We accept return requests for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging, when applicable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To begin a return, please contact us at contact.livingwaterwellness@gmail.com before returning the item. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return request.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact.livingwaterwellness@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging, when applicable

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads after delivery, download, or access

  • Online courses after access has been provided

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Donations or voluntary contributions

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Certain exceptions may apply when required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different eligible physical product, please contact us regarding a return and place a new order separately.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund has been issued for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.livingwaterwellness@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Digital products that have already been delivered, downloaded, or accessed and online courses for which access has already been provided may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Donations

Donations and voluntary contributions made in support of Madison Yount Ministries are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly at contact.livingwaterwellness@gmail.comso we can review the circumstances.
