Thank you for supporting Madison Yount Ministries. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how physical products, digital products, and online courses are processed and delivered.
Physical Product Processing
Many of our physical products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print and fulfillment provider.
Because products may be created specifically after an order is placed, please allow approximately 2–7 business daysfor order processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, product availability, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.
Estimated Shipping Times
After an order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and product availability.
Estimated shipping times are generally:

United States: Approximately 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International orders: Approximately 7–21 business days after fulfillment
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders may experience delays due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email after their order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving a shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be fulfilled from different facilities or contain products with different fulfillment requirements.
As a result, items within the same order may arrive separately and may have different tracking information.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is delivered in multiple shipments unless otherwise disclosed during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.
Additional shipping or replacement costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be outside our direct control.
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at contact.livingwaterwellness@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is verified, we will work with our fulfillment provider to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Customs processing may delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Digital Products and Downloads
Digital guides, eBooks, workbooks, downloadable resources, and similar products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.
